$0.50 per heated square foot

Builder Set of Drawings includes:

• Initial planning meeting – maximum 2 hours
• Maximum 5 round of revisions
          o Plans will be e-mailed for review.
          o We prefer that revisions be faxed or e-mail back to us for fast pick-up.
          o If you need to meet there is a max. 1 hour for meeting time.
          o Any revisions after 5th will be charged at $55 per hour.
          o Any meetings over specified allotted meeting time will be charged at $55 per hour.  
• Working construction drawings include:
          • Front @ 1/4” scale and Rear, Left and Right elevations @ 1/8” scale
          • Foundation plan @ 1/4” scale and Foundation details @ 1/2” scale
          • First Floor plan @ 1/4” scale
          • Second Floor plan @ 1/4” scale
          • Roof plan @ 1/4” scale and rafter details @ 1/2” scale
• CD with plans in the format of your choice
